Pixie Woods, Stockton, CA

Pixie Woods is an enchanting 3.5 acre recreational park located on the Northwest corner of Louis Park near Occidental and Shimizu in Stockton, CA.

The entrance to the park showcases a painting of a pixie juggling gold coins from a pot of gold found at the end of a rainbow at the base of a large tree. And throughout the park, there are elf statues which provide wonderful photo opportunities for family and friends.

The park features paths leading through charming woodlands with a merry-go-round pony at the Grand Carousel,  the Western Town and Tepee Village areas.

While you visit the park take ride on the historical Pixie Express, a 30″ gauge railroad that travels through Indian Territory,  ride a stagecoach or ponies or cruise the Pixie Woods lagoon around the Big Island on the paddle-wheel boat, the Pixie Queen II.

And for a refreshing reprieve for the sun take refuge on a bench under the numerous canopies of woodland shade or a splashing dip in the Dragon Water Fountain.
